Separate the yolks from the proteins, wipe the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, mix the yolks and cottage cheese. You can take cottage cheese paste for this recipe, which does not need to be grated through a sieve, and since semolina and oatmeal are present in the dough, it will turn out thick anyway.
Add vanilla sugar and granulated sugar to the curd, mix the ingredients thoroughly. Add granulated sugar to the dish to your liking, my family likes sweet casserole, so I have to pour it a little more.
We add semolina, oatmeal and soda to the dough to diversify the ingredients, you can take a mixture of cereals from four cereals instead of oatmeal, it will also be delicious.
On a coarse grater, rub 2-3 apples, put in the dough together with ground cinnamon. Mix the ingredients, leave for 10-15 minutes, so that semolina and hercules swell. We turn on the oven at this time to 180 degrees Celsius.
